1. Data controller

The data controller is AICO Tech L.L.C-FZ, with registered office at Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, VAT No. Trade License 2646735.01. Contact: hello@tyresweb.com.

2. Data we process

On the tyresweb platform (customers purchasing a website):

• contact and billing details: email, business name, VAT number, tax code, registered address, SDI code or certified email (PEC);
• payment details, handled directly by Stripe (we do not store card details);
• the site content the customer uploads or edits (text, photos, logo, contact details).

On sites published with tyresweb (end visitors to the businesses):

• booking requests: name and phone number left by the visitor, plus any notes;
• aggregate visit and contact statistics, with IP addresses stored only in hashed (pseudonymised) form;
• conversations with the AI assistant, limited to the site's data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• providing the service and publishing the site: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• billing and tax compliance: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c));
• statistics and security (anti-abuse, rate limiting via hashed IP): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
• bookings: for visitors, the site owner is the independent data controller towards its own customers and tyresweb acts as data processor.

4. Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations (generally 10 years for tax documents). Bookings and statistics are kept for the period agreed with the site owner.

5. Processors and third parties

We use suppliers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database/hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI assistant), Google (Places, public business data). Some may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

6. Rights of the data subject

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to hello@tyresweb.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority).
