Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

The service is provided by AICO Tech L.L.C-FZ, VAT No. Trade License 2646735.01, registered office Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. Contact: hello@tyresweb.com.

2. Scope

tyresweb generates and publishes a showcase website for a local business, with hosting, updates, visit statistics and, where activated, bookings and an AI assistant.

3. Prices and payment

The price is shown at purchase, as a one-off plan or a monthly plan. Payments are handled by Stripe. For the monthly plan, the charge renews automatically until cancelled.

4. Delivery and publication

After payment, the customer receives a link to complete their details and publish the site. The site goes live at the address chosen by the customer once the process is complete.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from the management panel, via the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals.

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By requesting immediate publication of the site, the consumer consents to the start of performance and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once supply is complete, under the distance-selling rules for digital content and services. 6. Customer content and responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the published content (text, photos, logos, contact details) and declares that they hold the rights to it. Towards visitors to their own site (e.g. those making a booking), the customer is the independent data controller.

7. Limitations

tyresweb provides the service with the utmost diligence but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the consumer's court has jurisdiction where provided.
